Which platform is used for BCATION sessions?


BCATION sessions are hosted on Microsoft Teams. You will receive a session link by email. You can join directly from your browser or via the Microsoft Teams app.


Do I need a Microsoft account to join?


No. You can join as a guest without creating or signing into a Microsoft account.


I cannot join the session – what can I do?


Try the following:


  • Refresh the page and click the link again
  • Open the link in a different browser (Edge recommended)
  • Disable VPNs or firewalls temporarily
  • Join from another device if possible


If the issue continues, contact support.


I cannot hear anything during the session


  • Check that your device volume is turned up
  • Make sure the correct speaker is selected in Teams settings
  • Disconnect and rejoin the session
  • Try using headphones


My microphone is not working


  • Ensure microphone access is enabled in your browser/device settings
  • Select the correct microphone in Teams
  • Close other apps that may be using your microphone
  • Rejoin the session


My camera is not working


  • Allow camera permissions in your browser
  • Select the correct camera in Teams settings
  • Close other applications using your camera
  • Restart your browser or device if needed


The video freezes or the connection is unstable


  • Check your internet connection
  • Switch to a wired connection if possible
  • Turn off your camera to improve stability
  • Close other bandwidth-heavy apps or tabs


Can participants share their screen?


Screen sharing is enabled only when permitted by the coach. Please wait for instructions during the session.


What should I do if I join late or get disconnected?


Simply rejoin using the same session link. You can join at any time while the session is active.


Is my privacy protected during online sessions?


Yes. Sessions are conducted securely. Personal data is not shared, and recordings are only made if explicitly announced.


What should I never share?


Never share:


  • Passwords or login details
  • Payment or credit card information
  • Personal identification documents
  • Private contact details of others


Technical guidelines for coaches


  • Join 10–15 minutes early
  • Test microphone, camera, and screen sharing
  • Use a stable internet connection
  • Keep background noise minimal
  • Have a backup device ready if possible


When should I contact support?


Contact support if:


  • You cannot join the session after troubleshooting
  • Audio/video issues persist
  • You experience repeated disconnections
  • You encounter access or security concerns
