Quality Objectives
Bcation defines measurable quality objectives to ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of its educational services. These quality objectives are aligned with the principles of ISO 21001 and ISO 9001 and form the binding framework for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and further development of all educational offerings.
In the area of educational quality, Bcation ensures that all educational offerings have clearly defined learning objectives. All content is delivered strictly Bitcoin-only, in an objective and neutral manner, and without promotional intent. Participant satisfaction is systematically measured, with the goal of achieving an average satisfaction rate of at least 90%.
Quality objectives toward participants and other stakeholders include enabling participants to understand fundamental Bitcoin concepts, associated risks, and the importance of personal responsibility. Bcation is committed to transparent communication regarding the scope of services, the limitations of educational offerings, existing risks, and the explicitly non-advisory nature of all services. Inquiries from participants and interested individuals are answered within two business days.
At the procedural and operational level, Bcation ensures that all educational content is reviewed and updated at least once per year, as well as whenever significant professional or regulatory developments occur. Data protection, confidentiality, and internal policies are fully respected. A documented onboarding process and mandatory briefing are conducted for all coaches and partners.
To support continuous improvement, structured feedback is collected and evaluated after every course or coaching session. Identified improvement measures are implemented within an appropriate and documented timeframe. In addition, Bcation conducts internal quality reviews at least once per year.
The educational and quality processes of Bcation follow a clear ISO-21001-oriented process structure. This includes a needs and market analysis to identify the requirements of learners, relevant framework conditions, and the scope of education; the didactic design with defined learning objectives, content structure, teaching methods, and materials; the selection and onboarding of coaches based on professional competence, personal integrity, and acknowledgement of the code of conduct and confidentiality obligations; the delivery of courses, coaching sessions, and programs through approved platforms; ongoing participant support and communication; the systematic collection of feedback; and the subsequent review, analysis, and continuous improvement of educational content. Governance and compliance processes provide additional support, particularly in the areas of data protection, confidentiality, documentation, and quality monitoring.

For internal quality assurance, Bcation conducts regular internal audits. These audits verify whether educational offerings have defined learning objectives, whether content is Bitcoin-only and non-promotional, whether no financial promises or investment advice are given, whether coaches comply with the code of conduct and confidentiality obligations, whether personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, whether consent is correctly obtained during the booking process, whether feedback is systematically collected and evaluated, whether improvement measures are documented and implemented in a traceable manner, whether external services are contractually and legally secured with regard to data protection, and whether risk and liability notices are complete and clearly communicated. Internal audits are conducted at least once per year or on an ad hoc basis in the event of significant changes.
Within the framework of its public quality statement, Bcation commits to high-quality, responsible, and participant-oriented Bitcoin education. Educational offerings promote understanding, risk awareness, and independent decision-making. All services are clearly structured, transparently described, and regularly reviewed to ensure professional accuracy, up-to-date content, and high didactic quality. In doing so, Bcation follows internationally recognized principles of quality management, particularly those of ISO 21001 and ISO 9001, and places special emphasis on integrity, confidentiality, and trust. Bcation explicitly states that it currently does not hold formal certification under ISO 21001 or ISO 9001. However, its educational and quality management practices are substantively aligned with the principles and requirements of these standards.
